RHS Men's Golf Pictures

We do not currently have any pictures of the RHS Golf Team in action (due to match times and location) When possible, we try to at least get team and individual pictures to post...keep checking in the future.

On Monday May 7th, Jonah Whitman (pictured above)  represented Rosman as an individual at the 1A West Regional at Linville Country Club. He shot an 89 to finish in a tie for 7th place, and qualify for the NCHSAA 1A State Championships held on May 13th and 14th at Foxfire Golf Club and Resort. Over the 2 day competition, Whitman had rounds of 82 and 87 for a total of 169.  He finished in 18th place in the state for 1A Men's Golfers, and finished the highest of any qualifier from the Smoky Mountain Conference.  Whitman, a Senior, hopes to take his game to the college level next season.  His College plans are not finalized as of this report.  Jonah also was a key member of the RHS Varsity Men's Basketball team.
